Sheilding.....Your Property!


Shielding the property around your house! can you do that? Of course, I mean why not?! You can shield your house, your car, and even yourself, why not the property surrounding you. It not only makes a great first line of defense, but it will give you some peace of mind too. I know I have done it!

This can be something big depending on how large your actual property is and how much power you are going to have to put into it. For this type of magick I tend to use some tools. I love to use my staff or you can just your wand, if you have either one. And don't forget before you start to make sure you cleanse yourself. I tend to use sage.

For my first magick trick, I will pull a dragon out of my hat. Just kidding! That would've been cool though, but for real, I will start by meditating. You have to be focused for this type of activity! Well, before that I will cleans myself and then meditate.

Once I get my mind into the right mind set I will take my staff and head on outside! For me I love to walk the whole property connecting with the earth and imagining energy from the staff connecting, almost like a string. I will follow the property dragging my "string" while imagining keep out physical damage, negativity, and attacks on the property. And of course, I say a spell with it all.

I will do this twice, once drawing from the earth and then drawing for the moon. Which is another reason why I like to do it at night just so I can see the moon! But you don't have to be able to be in complete focus because this is something big. The first time around I go clockwise, because I want that energy drawn in. As I go the other direction I put up the shield by imagining a bubble or wall going up as I am imaging all that harm being deterred entrance.

The spell that I repeat as I raise the shield is as follows:

Goddess' Sekhmet, Nephthys, Isis
I beseech thee 
Help protect all who dwell on this property from
Harm, negativity, and attack.
So mote it be.

 As I walk along the property line I always feel a sense of peace as I know they are there to aide me in protecting my property and home. It's simple but works for me. While I say my spell I imagine that energy I drew in going up as a bubble and wall deterring all that enter from doing any type of harm I can think of and it works! That surge of power is also a plus, that's why I have a staff or wand with me so I can focus that power into a shield.

I hope this has helped you a little! It sure does me! I always do it at least every 2 months or every month to keep it charge and strong. Especially since I am putting some of my personal energy into it too.

That One Dream Ritual

  I mentioned I was doing a Dream Ritual right? If not, I did it. I did this for 7 days using the spell bottle I got from the Witches Box Subscription . I wanted to do this to talk to my Shadow Side and get to know him a little better. I set forth my intention every night before bed and asked to better communicate with my Shadow Side. So here is my journey! I JUST noticed this as I was reading through my dreams. I kept waking up and for the dates I kept writing the number 10 each night. Mind you, I did this ritual while it was a full moon in February! Not October! I was so confused, I crossed it out and wrote 2 instead of 10, but I had the feeling to look up the significance of the number. As I sit at my table staring at this computer screen, I begin to type. I begin to write. I have touched base with things in my trauma and PTSD. I have figured out that when someone pushes for love and light all the time, they are just full of Bull Shit. Total, and utter bull shit.
